PuroClean was quick to arrive and evaluate the water damage in my home due to a wind/rainstorm that blew my front door open while no one was home. Chatt and Richard are Amazing and Super efficient! Can’t say enough great things about these two! First of all I was in a terrible bind, my puppy had a few accidents on the carpet last night, it was horrible. Called up Stanley Steemer this morning and they were able to get an appointment for me same day on a Friday afternoon during Christmas vacation time!! Need I say more?!? That is some serious customer service! Chatt and Richard are genuinely two of the nicest people ever, not only did they work magic on my carpets, but they did a lot of educating for do’s and don’ts on carpet and tile.
